The 2025 3forge Expo was an incredible opportunity to showcase 3forge's innovative solutions and connect with clients and industry leaders from around the world. As a key member of the marketing team, I had the privilege of helping organize the event, as well as designing and executing the overall experience to ensure every detail reflected the 3forge brand.

Laying the Groundwork

Planning and executing the event began long before the doors opened. I worked closely with our international sales teams to research potential clients, pulling targeted leads from our CRM to craft a thoughtful invitation list. I designed and sent email invitations via Zoho and coordinated digital amplification across social media, building excitement and engagement with a global audience.

Crafting an Immersive Space

For the 2025 3forge Expo, I worked closely with our London team to design the top-floor event space, including the bar wrap, signage, and stair branding, with each step highlighting a 3forge application use case. To make the experience immersive, we added lighting enhancements, including a branded gobo in the stairwell, and heightened guests’ experiences with a curated beverage selection, hors d’oeuvres, and thoughtfully prepared gift bags. To achieve this, I closely coordinated with install teams across the globe and different time zones to ensure every element was in place on time and remained true to the brand’s look and feel. The result was an impressive event that maintained the 3forge brand identity while elevating the experience for the 200 attendees who had come to expect the very best from 3forge.

On the Ground in London

Despite a surprise emergency room visit the day before, story for a different day, I was on the ground in London, orchestrating every detail as the Expo came to life. Hours before the event, I was busy organizing name tags, setting up banners and other materials we had ordered, and welcoming attendees as they arrived. Following the schedule closely, I guided guests from the cocktail reception through Gherkin security, a logistical nightmare we admittedly underestimated, and into the event space for the initial reception and presentation. Later, I helped move everyone upstairs to the main event area, where they mingled, enjoyed the food, and experienced the full 3forge environment we had worked so hard to create.

In Conclusion

In the end, the 2025 3forge Expo was a success and, on a personal note, proof that months of fiddling with banner layouts in InDesign and early coffee meetings with the London team paid off. The event sparked meaningful conversations between leads and our sales team, strengthened relationships with current partners, and brought the 3forge brand to life exactly as we had envisioned. Seeing guests move through the space, engage with the experience, and enjoy the day made all the effort feel real and rewarding.
